The Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Senior IT executive within our India office. The primary responsibility is to bring IT resource and capabilities to the practice to support the needs of client service and the professional service business needs.

Leadership and accountabilitys

· Develop comprehensive and creative plans to meet firm and global technology requirements

· Provide timely update to practice leaders on technology initiatives and the affect on business

· Management oversight to all IT organization activity within the India offices

Technical Excellence

· Strong financial planning and execution within agreed budgets limits

· Implement and manage IT best practices

· Achieve and maintain all service levels and performance ratios for technology providers and infrastructure

· Strong skills in procurement planning and asset management

· Experience in application deployment, such as SAP, Billing systems etc

· Infrastructure planning (WAN, data center)

· Experience with campus build outs

· Strong skills with management reporting and budget tracking

Strategic technology and business planning capabilities

  • Ability to develop IT strategy plans to identify and plan practice needs in the future
  • Collaborate initiatives to the needs of India practice.
  • Work with practice leadership to build business cases and cost estimates into planning and budgets

Human Resource Management

· Assist direct reports to identify career objectives and promote personal develop plans

· Complete mid-point and annual reviews

· Supervise the HR processes for all direct reports

Experience

· Ten to Fifteen years management experience within Information Technology

· Substantial background in technology support and operations is required

· Experience with management across diverse geographies is preferred

· Background in matrix and traditional management styles is essential
