We're looking for a well rounded finance individual who has experience in rapid growth situations in a manufacturing environment.
This position will report directly to & partner with the Managing Director of the company and will be responsible for implementing a new system, setting up and establishing key financial measurements, as well as design, develop, help manage and track all financial data regarding the company and its operations.
Additional responsibilities include company positioning in regards to M&A activity, raising equity, and financial restructuring. This is the top financial position in the company.
Minimum of 12+ years of Financial Management experience - at least 1 year in a Manufacturing environment is a must.
Financial management/distribution is mandatory.
Finance/Audit/Taxation/Accounting/Systems/Legal Functions .
Strategic Planning been a part of the senior management team is highly desirable.
Experience managing and building a team of financial professionals.
Prior start up environment work experience is desirable as is Merger & Acquisition experience.
Compliance to US GAAP, SOX and Various Regulations, Standards and Procedures.
Knowledge on SAP
CA with an ACS preferred, CPA a plus.
