Mission:

Strategic role involved in development, implementation and management of product marketing, sales and account management. Grow business in both new opportunities and established accounts to meet regional and business unit targets and objectives.

Location Of Posting Singapore

Responsibilities

Develop and Deliver account-management plans for all existing accounts and track/report against the plans, with a focus on quality. Develop excellent and long-term client relationships in key accounts.

Meeting business Goals for self and team and adhere to Sales and Account Management budget

Manage team of Account Management Directors, Account Managers and Solutions Specialists to drive and motivate and Mentor them to achieve their goals

Working closely with Product Marketing and Field Marketing functions to set and deliver an appropriate marketing strategy and drive delivery plans

Analyze market and customer conditions and trends, develop and drive strategic sales plans for the region
Develop and deliver account-management plans for all existing accounts and track/report against these

Develop Group-accounts in cooperation with other regions and in line with the developed strategy.

Build and support strong partner relationships to drive sales growth and develop account relationships

Lead and coordinate team sales activities for bids including requirements definition, product and service definition, pricing and commercial terms

Facilitate strong inter-departmental cooperation and business processes in pursuit of excellence in sales and account management activities.

Support collections activity in nominated accounts.

Essential Skills and Experience

At least 5 years in similar senior roles.

At least 2 years regional exposure and a strong regional contact network

Successful management of teams and closing major deals in the last 12 months
Competence in complex solutions in the communications sector and specifically in the OSS and Billing environment
Good experience of major/tier-1 accounts

Desired Skills and Experience

Additional and relevant regional language capability.
SAL domain

Education

Degree level education preferred but good relevant experience essential

must be willing to travel extensively
